Gail Audibert is a veteran insurance recruiter with 40 years of expertise in Commercial and Specialty Lines. Based in Connecticut, Gail’s extensive network has its roots in the Northeast but her reach extends nationwide in every major insurance hub. From Contingency to Retained and RPO roles, she finds top talent for insurance companies and MGU startups.
Gail stays at the forefront of recruiting practices through active involvement in various association groups. She is President of The Pinnacle Society, and influential group; of 80 industry leading recruiters (fewer than 1% of producers int the country) with a history of results and an originator of best practices. She is also a past president and currently the education chair for the National Insurance Recruiting Association. Gail has also served on the Board of CAPS and NAPS and has recently been added to the Forbes List of Top Executive Recruiting Firms.
