Pete Tomasko is the Co-Founder of Titan Placement Group, a healthcare recruiting firm that specializes in mental, behavioral health and community non-profits. Pete also serves on the Board of Directors for Lightshare Behavioral Wellness and Recovery Centers in Sarasota, FL.
Before co-founding Titan Placement Group in 2022, Pete amassed nearly a decade of healthcare recruiting and leadership experience at two other firms. His passion for addiction, mental, and behavioral health recruiting is deeply personal, stemming from a decade spent homeless on the streets, battling drug and alcohol addiction. When all hope seemed lost, Pete found a new lease on life through countless hours of therapy, recovery, and the support of his community.
Pete often visits correctional facilities to speak with incarcerated men and women, sharing his personal journey of overcoming adversity. He openly discusses his experiences of growing up on the streets, facing hardship, and ultimately finding a path to recovery and success.
