When I started in this recruitment game about two and a half decades ago (dang I feel old) the only way to get new business was to cold call prospects. You veterans know the drill. “100 dials and 4 hours of phone time per day keeps your manager away” was the mantra, and if you wanted to be successful, you had to hit those numbers.
Then came along LinkedIn and email marketing, and now the thought of cold calling for most recruiters seems, well…anachronistic.

Because as they say, what's old is new, and when all of your competitors are blasting out thousands of emails every day, trying to pound your prospects into submission, with the right application of strategic cold calls in your messaging sequences (and with the way I teach you to do it) your outreach will be as refreshing to your prospects as a snow cone on a hot Florida summer afternoon.
In this workshop I'll be teaching my favorite cold calling technique: the Radically Honest Cold Call and the Frictionless Voicemail. I'll also be teaching you how to integrate cold calls into your marketing campaigns, and also how to integrate a VA into making those cold calls for you (in a way that makes you look like a BOSS).
From there, I'll be showing you how to baby step from a cool call to a legitimate sales meeting, as well as how to effortlessly deal with objections using my smooth Positive-K technique (and yes I do mean the 80's rapper).
